Get Back on Track with Peel a Pound Soup


(Eat it along with not instead of other stuff you dufus.)
  • Can of Tomatoes (whole or stewed)
  • An envelope of Onion Soup Mix
  • 5 Cups of Water
  • 6 Beef Bullion cubes
  • Head of Cabbage
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 Garlic Cloves

Heat in stock pot – tomatoes, onion soup mix, water, beef bullion until boiling. Add chopped onion, garlic and celery and cabbage. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. (Also – I added a small can of chili tomato for extra spice! But that’s optional.)
